Our Financial Aid staff are available to answer your questions, to guide you with applications and forms, to provide information about assistance programs and to listen to your concerns about financing your education. We can help you in-person, telephone, e-mail, by fax or by mail.
We administer federal and provincial student loan programs, scholarships and bursaries; general and program-related bursary funding from money donated by the College, individuals, companies and other organizations.
In partnership with the provincial government, Financial Aid administers the Student Access Guarantee which ensures students in financial need have assistance to cover the cost of their tuition, books and mandatory college fees. This financial aid is provided through bursaries, scholarships and campus employment programs. Note: The Financial Aid Office, located in Ottawa, processes OSAP applications for the students of the Woodroffe and Perth Campuses. OSAP applications of students at Algonquin College in the Ottawa Valley Campus are processed by the Financial Aid Office located in Pembroke, Ontario .

| Students applying for bursaries will be required to have their Social Insurance Number (SIN) registered on the college system for income tax purposes. To have your SIN registered with the college, you must come into the Registrar’s Office, Room C150 with your photo ID and either your SIN card or proof of SIN from CRA, to have it entered into Genesis. 2012 Spring Term Entrance Busary Algonquin College is offering the Entrance Bursary to students who are enrolling in the first term of their full-time post-secondary program in May 2012. 2011- 2012 on-line OSAP Applications (Fall/ Winter/Spring terms) Click on above to access on-line application. 2012-2013 OSAP application will be available by the end of March of 2012. NEW: Ontario Government Identity Card is now available for students to use when picking up their OSAP |
